Maynard has to rest, he can't sing like it's necessary for a new album unles he doesn't scream or sing high notes. He couldn't sing swamp song, he didn't do the vicarious scream at the end anymore, the stinkfist scream, no distorted voices on 46 & 2, several throat infections along the tour and shows cancelled... man he has to rest.

Maybe 2 years until he's fine for recording, then he'll blow his throat again in the first six months of touring and we start over...
