So anyway, I saw a new 10,000 Days torrent today over at Mininova. I'm not going to waste my time downloading it but according to the comment:

OKAY this is Tool's 10,000 days, not a copy from the CD but from the local radio station here in Melbourne which played the WHOLE THING yesterday night at midnight which was the earliest they said that they are allowed to play it. I set up my receiver to record in full 32 bit 48mhz wav files for maximum quality and then used FLAC frontend to re-encode the files. They sound pretty good, a little low-end compression from the FM bandwidth but otherwise crystal! Mmm I know you all cant wait for the CD release but until then you can at least have this one.
