Actually, McFarlin holds just under 2400, and the Cedar Park Center's maximum concert capacity is 8500, so Cedar Park is AT MOST 3.5 times bigger. However, Tool isn't using the maximum capacity concert setup that leaves every seat available. They are using the one that closes off about a quarter of the actual seats, and I believe the floor is seated rather than free standing. So, this concert will likely be no more than 2.5 times bigger than McFarlin...6,000 people...and that is still tiny. I'm excited. |
