I just threw my needles away. If i can't change in two weeks how can the world/// one week. I hear in group sessions of addicts "When an airplane goes down, you have to put on an oxygen mask first, before you begin helping others with their masks." And i have wanted this plane to - well it is going down anyway.

I can see why someone would help someone else. But to heal yourself that takes arrogance, or maybe just self investigation and sustainment. We'll see you on the other side.
