You know, he was reposting a section of a newsletter from last year(not April) when referring to Problem 8. If this is an April Fool's joke, then Blair has certainly put more effort into this one than in past jokes. Blair's April Fool's jokes are usually more obvious than this anyways. Blair does like to f with people, but this typing of fing with people doesn't fit with what i have seen before.
