In my interpritaion it is about not being individuals.
The superficiality of a society and the shunning of free thinking has led to mass conformity. What he specifically says fuck to isnt as important as that they are all means of conforming. Being sickened by the way the world is and wishing for armageddion, knowing that people wrapped up in there fake ideals of life will not be able to survive or "swim"
