A friend of mine confirmed with someone at Verizon Amphitheater that Tool was not playing there. Although he specifically asked about the 27th, I would think that they would have told us if the show were going to be there on the 28th.
But who knows? Maybe it is on the 28th at Verizon, and confirmed so recently that the customer service people weren't aware of it enough to know to look at July 28th on their calender of events...
