sry if i'm digging up an old thread but i just had an idea and look instead of the christian ideas but instead of the buddist concept of the mind, life and rebirth...
From the intro (parabol) to the end of this song, it all has reflections from buddist ideas (i'm only roughly versed in the buddist philosophies) of rebirth, the endurance from pain and that pain has a purpose as a test or as a reminder and the attainment of full enlightment.
