To be honest I think a lot of the non-smoking thing was to do with the fact it's been bothering Maynard a lot as he was a bit poorly recently - hence him wearing a mask for a lot of the recent gigs, and a couple of the recentl European dates been cancelled. And we wouldn't want that happening any more now, would we?
Agree the photo thing is a bit OTT mind....
