I took six ibuprofen and a Naoproxen (sp?), a prescription drug I am NOT on, to help yesterday. I have used two massage machines, heat, cold, a natural lavender remedy, and NOTHING IS WORKING!!! Good luck, let me know if you figure out something haha. I think I need a mixture of a chiropractor and a massuse (again, sp?). It was worth it though. |
