If by infrastructure you mean a few food trucks and some portalets then yeah.

I hit every Lolla up until it moved to Chi and after that twice. I'm not bashing Lolla at all just saying that comparing eras is an exercise in futility...

My first non Lolla Tool show was $18. My last show was around $100.

Then again I was making $9 an hour back in the day. :)
