My interpretation of these lines:

Rob the grave to snow the cradle
-Police (indigo) deceive by perpetuating and reinforcing dead perceptions of marijuana/hemp.

And burn the evidence down
-They visibly burn the seized plants.

Soapbox house of cards and glass
-But hypocrites go home to glass houses and toke (or swallow, snort, etc.)

So don't go tossin' your stones around
-Then they have the stones to point the finger and proclaim the guilt of another

Ganja ‘police.’

The song addresses spiritual hypocrisy as well.

There are many who don’t practice what they preach and claim salvation by projecting guilt.

You practically raised the dead

Some of them ‘rob’ Jesus’ grave by giving his death a meaning and purpose that perpetuates guilt to ‘snow’ the innocent.

Guilt ‘police.’
