Would think thats not improbable. He has been claiming a new puscifer album will be out later this year.
That would be a brutal blow to tool fans that couldnt give a shit about puscifer. After 7 years of writing, puscifer releases it's 3rd full length album (something like it's 7th official release) and does a show with Tool who has nothing new to play.
That is, assuming they won't play a new song. Or make some kind of announcement about the new album's imminent recording and/or release.
