First time ever seeing TOOL live, and they definately put on a flawless performance. I have never seen a band who reproduce their sound live with such flawless surgical precision. They hit it perfectly in all the right spots. Opening with Stinkfist was a fantastic choice, you could feel the world lurch as the first heavy notes were struck. The Wings/10,000 Days combo i think was the defining moment of the show, the setting they were in and the laser show really leant itself to such an atmospheric couple of songs. Having said all that though, i think you could have fared better by having seating, or just being closer. the sound didnt seem to really penetrate you like it should have, and the crowd where i was, on the hill, didnt seem to ever fully get into it. But having said that, i thought they were great!

p.s. Do all TOOL shows only go for an hour and a half? i thought it was a bit brief. What do you guys think?
