Last nights show was killer. My girlfriend and I travelled from Maine, it was definitly worth the 6 1/2 hour drive each way. It was her first time seeing Tool, my 7th (my first on this leg of the tour). Setlist was pretty much the same when I saw them at the Orpheum in May, but they played 10k days and wings for marie, which were great live. The new stage setup looks good, lasers were a nice touch. All in all the sound was pretty good, and from where we were sitting the vocals were loud and clear for the most part, only drowned out a couple of times by the instrumentals which is to be expected at a live show. We were seated section 122, row x, directly in front of the stage all the way back. Initially, i thought these seats would be horrible, but they turned out to be a lot better than i thought and we had a nice clear view of the stage. Great show, cant wait to see them again, hopefully in the next year or two.
