I was 1 row behind you, seats 1 & 2. I agree with you, the sound right there was amazing!
This was my first Tool show and I was pretty much blown away. My buddy (a guitarist himself) was completely amazed with how well they knew every note of their songs. Wings and 10,000 were cool, Lateralus was sweet, but the first 3 songs were a complete boot to the ass. I can't believe how strong they started that show. Every expectation I had for my first live Tool show was shattered.
And apparently I was retardedly drunk/high, because I thought Rosetta Stoned sounded perfectly fine. Maybe I was in one of the famed TC Sweet Spots?
Either way I HAVE to see them again.
