Soundboard says to me that it is a live recording... that was plugged into the band's soundboard... but it probably isn't a live version... just a demo... I'm sure I've got it on one of my 13 TooL bootlegs... and yes I've purchased every album (at least twice) so no I don't feel guilty about owning tons of live TooL and rarities.
