maybe when he removes the piece of piping and he sees all that junk, whatever it is, its him just checking that hes still alive. as the stuff is moving through the piping like blood through a vein, maybe the shit inside just shows how precariously he is living, like an unhealthy persons arteries get clogged up with fat.
the rest of the video appears to be like a drunken haze, seeing different rooms of images struggling or dangling hopelessly, like that big arm trying to grab hold of something, that could represent his inabililty to get a grip of himself.

does anyone agree with that? and also what is that giant mechanical thing toward the end of the video, looks like a type of turreted gun or something like that. i know its not that adsactly.
