This is just my personal experiance. But I found that if you meditate before you take the mushrooms that you will have a wayyyyyy better trip. There is no possible way to ensure this, becuase everyone has a different effect with this drug.
What I do, I meditate before I take the shrooms, eat 2/3 of an 1/8 ounce really slowly. Then I eat the rest 25 minutes later.
By the way, tripping and playing guitar along with Third Eye (or just about any tool songs for that matter) is FUCKING ORGASMIC. I dont think there is many people who can actully fuction well enough after an eighth of shrooms to play guitar, but its awesome.
