My feeling is this is a mini tour to test new material/stage effects, then they will go in the studio to refine, then release the new album, THEN do a huge national tour that hits all the spots. Even if the Failure rumors are true, I still don't see them saying "JK guys, here's the full tour!". They might add a couple of shows at the end of this round but don't count on adding shows in the middle, IMHO.

Well, I disagree somewhat. Within the dates already mentioned i don't think we'll see new cities added to the tour, but I think we might see second nights added in the bigger centres. I'm reasonably confident that there will be a second half of the tour announced soon.
