Kinda understandable about only getting them in your home town, though most bands I know of let you buy them for any city.

Im not sure about the ranking but you have to be just inside one hour drive of the venue,even then you arent guaranteed tickets,you have to get an invitational email. If you do manage to get them they are sent at the last minute,not worth it,if you want to be a member fine but dont join for presales........... |
