this song is about sellouts, plain and simple....a hooker with a penis means you were expecting one thing....and got another. how would you feel if you went to buy a hooker, got her home, took off the packaging and found out she had a penis? ok how would u feel if u bought a CD, thinking it was TOOL, got it home, took it out of the packaging...put it in the CD player...and it was britney spears......thats a hooker with a penis.
