It's definitely "bestowed", I actually came here to post it. Good find because I couldnt think what came after that and "He's guilty" makes a lot of sense. But I don't like voyeur in there. I always hear "for you". Probably trying to show that the lawyer is a hypocrite because he's incriminating someone for lying when there's a kangaroo court in place. So, I propose:
"Liar lawyer, mirror for you
What's the difference?
