Re: 2006/09/14 - Dallas, TX - American Airlines Center

That sucks about the Madison show.

Someone commented on the lack of visuals before the frickin' laser beams. Before Isis took the stage, they had a cloth/canvas backdrop. But the stage crew took it down very early...6:30 or 7. The additional seats released to Ticketmaster a day or so before the show were all behind the stage. They took the backdrop down so that the people behind the stage could see.

I think that's also whey there was seemingly very little in the way of visuals. The screen that is normally behind the stage (see photos in Houston, TX show review) was not at full-height. So the people behind the stage could see. I think the overhead screen images were projected on the screen behind the band as well; it's just that no one could see them. I have to think that it would've been more impressive visually to have had that.

May be stating the obvious to some, but just clarifying for those who may not know.
