I was absolutely floored when I heard the resonant tone that meant they were playing Wings for Marie and 10,000 Days. There I was muttering to my girlfriend, "Holy fucking shit." And then Lateralus. I realized I could go to every show on this tour and still get just as hyped at every single one as I was tonight.

Some friends and I hung back by the tour busses for a while after the show hoping to get to meet a member of the band or something. All we got to see was Justin ride by on his bike, kinda stumble off of it, talk on his cell phone for a while, and then walk to his bus, leaving his bike right where it was. Had I met anyone in the band, I would've thanked them for making art for art's sake. And that's probably all I would've felt the need to say.
