I think I know what you're saying, and I'm letting it sink in. It makes me conclude that MJK's attitude is the thing I dont lke. The rest of the band is doing the music. His role is to sing, and to perform. I miss the performance.

First of all: I do know what you mean. The whole thing that he's in the back (he just want to be a part of the band, not the leader), not saying anything deep (while he's a poet and a former stand-up comedian).
But I'll live with it that he's not a entertainer or a spiritual leader (or something like that). The only thing that I can say (and I hope that you will read this),
