The doctor is not Aussie dammit! He does sound that way a couple of times very briefly.
It sounds to me like someone trying to impersonate a British or Aussie accent and actually ending up with some mongrel combination of the two. If not, it's just a British accent.
The nurse is definitely hot. Can't tell if the doctor is good-looking or not...
