I'd have to say higher. Led Zeppelin is great, but Tools music seems to have a lot deeper meaning. With the band members mentioning themes of Lachrymology, Sacred Geometry, and other complicated ideals that they portray. I just don't feel like Led Zeppelin had as much of those idea's. Also I do feel like the musicians in Tool are more talented than Led Zeppein. I know the members were largely influenced by them, but since they were influenced they have become more skilled.
