ok, program used: Cooledit pro
1) open mp3
2) stretch/compress - set the final length to: 7 seconds
(make sure "hold pitch" is enabled)
3) delete the noise in the beginning and end... (theyre just crackling sounds)
4) reverse the entire message
5) visually, the message looks like its in two parts (viewing the wav)
take the part that is now at the beginning, and reverse that... (at this
point the message should be clear)
6) EQ it.... play with removing the bass, try different noise reduction settings
to make it clear
7) enjoy
