OK, here's the deal. My rip of the CD indicates that the track timing for Viginti Tres is 5:02. That's 302 seconds. Perform 302/23 (i.e. viginti tres (sic)) and you get the actual time the track should be: 13.13 seconds. The guys used some pretty sick audio processing to expand a short burst of talking into over 5 minutes of audio. I can't really say that what I hear in the 13 seconds is understandable, but maybe you guys can work something out... check out the wav file at:
