I think Third Eye kind of projects the notion of someone who has been (to an extent) enlightened or informed by a drug experience while RS seems more of a refusal of the glory/praise that communicating this sort of experience seems to illicit. Both seem to deal with the notion of prophesy, yet cover different elements and complexities related to it.
