Yeah perhaps not...

But, just for the sake of argument, perhaps it is part 2 of a double album, perhaps they had a couple of leftover tracks that didn't make the final take, and mixed them up with a couple off the 'real' new album.

I don't think it's a hoax, but I'm not yet convinced that it is entirely true.
