no the riffs are definately deliberate. the third eye and H bits are too similar - i think Rosetta is sort of a coming togetehr of tool songs, maybe as part of the 'key to tool' theory.
i'm not saying that its a valid excuse to reuse old stuff, but it is definately on purpose
