I loved every minute of this show. Thanks Maynard, Adam, Justin and Danny and Junior and crew for an incredible concert experience.

I thought the sound quality and level were excellent. I know what to expect with the low vocals, but I was pleasantly surprised that I could hear the subtle intonations of Maynard’s voice during Pushit, Lateralus and Aenima. I can’t help but laugh and shake my head in disbelief whenever I watch Danny creating his amazing rhythms like a mad man. The only disappointment in the show was that it had to end. My ears were ringing at the perfect level afterwards. A happy ending for them after that pounding sonic massage.

This is a first class venue, definitely no hockey rink. Due to a very fortunate stroke of good luck, Mohegan Sun’s ticket racket paid off for me. The morning of the show, a non Tool fan relative was comped two tickets for primo seats in section 15 just to the side of the stage, 5 rows up from the floor, and she gave them to me. The day tickets went on sale, I was first in line at a Ticketmaster outlet and managed to get nosebleeds just before an almost immediate ‘sell out’. Then on the night of the show, scalpers at the door were getting way below face value. I guess this all makes sense to a casino.
