I Take Watch the Weather Change to be concerning the consequences of mentioning something to him, that maybe that connection would set off a change, whether the weather be in the atmosphere of the planet or the mind. Or just the weather of life. whatever. All this talk about the weather has me wondering, what's going on with the weather? whether the weather, Let's go to the weather man! Tom?

l personally think it's referring to the weather of life. How there are sunny, and cloudy days (to speak childishly). All you can really do in life is sit back and watch the weather change and just go through with it.
