Alright, fixing the damn banner, it does look like shit. We're paying a friend to make it for us, because none of us know our way around PSP

That's better, though I'm not that fond of the font, but whatever. You should definitely get her, or somebody, to compress that image though. As it is, it's 518k. It should be closer to 40k. And lose the blue hyperlink border - that's so 1994.
