I think that this video is about breaking free of that invisible "whatchamacalit" that controls us all... the bald guy basically owns the little creatures, and as the song progresses, they find a way out of the box that they are stuck inside of.
Ties along with "Thinking outside the box", sorta.
The video is saying that if you don't think for yourself, and fight for what you believe, you will be swept away by the "flood" of mainstream and basically live and die pointlessly.
Notice that at the end, it shows cells(?) moving around.. I think that what it is saying is that the answer is inside of yourself.
I dunno.. I'm probably completely wrong.
