Does anyone own the Undertow Vinyl? What artwork is on the actual disc?

i have what i assume is a re-release, just stocko 2 x black lp. i have heard of the grey vinyl, and that ebay link confirms it. i'd reccommend you get that one. at least i have never seen it before
