As far as the Maynard whispering bit, personally, No I don't know. I'm intrigued by the posts and suggestions in this forum. I did strip down a live video to mp3 for holy reality so he could play with it and see what he gets out of it. I haven't bothered to do so, myself. I'd like to ask Keenan straight up but I doubt I'd get a straight up answer (or actually meet him for that matter) So I'll just ride the coattails of these other postulaters and be satisfied with that, for now.

I still haven't read all of Tomatoms threads but I kind of like his seemingly obnoxious presence. Maybe because it reminds me of my own inane ramblings. Tomatoms I'd give you a a highfive but I can't get my arms out of this jacket...

NIcely done, that was some childish fighting going on. I did not intend it to be a fight, merely a vent for my frustration on Tomatoms posts. They are original and pretty funny, even against me, it's just i find most of them really useless. When I first heard No Quarter I was pretty crazed in not being able to hear the message, so I came here. Everything was ok but Tomatoms kind of fucked things up a bit and that pissed me off. All I really wanted from this site is to get at least a portion of the message acurately transcribed. That's all i wnat from this site, so please help out and stop dicking around (not directed to anyone).

I have attacked this song with file editors..... live bootlegs..... all kinds off stuff. I cant get it though.

I gave it to a nerdy kid a kid at school and promised him a lollipop if he got it for me..... no luck

All i know, is last time i tried it..... i had it down to whispers and was listening to it over and over again with no lights. Gave me chills. Just couldnt make it out though.

If you already have the whispers without any of the instruments obstructing it, just make it louder with Sound Recorder. If you have the file of just the whispers, you can send it to me at [email protected], I'll see what I can do. If all else fails, just go to a forensic lab and get them to do it for a small fee, you could prolly find some Tool fan who would do it for free (that would be cool). I'm not sure if you can actually do this or not, but you probably can. Please see if you can send me that file please, that would be sweet.
