In the book of the law, the number 11 is represenative of Nuit (all the possibilities of reality) and Hadit (everything that experiences these possibilities). It also represents Ra-Hoor-Khuit and Hoor-Paar-Kraat (Horus the Child), twin gods which combine to form Horus. According to Crowley, we are now living in the age of Horus, a "conquering child".

Now, the song is titled "jimmy", with the undercase use of "j" in the name, perhaps meaning the song title to refer to a child. This child could possibly represent either mankind in this age of Horus, or the conquering child of Horus himself. It is my opinion that "jimmy" represents mankind in this song, quoting the book of the law regarding the Age of Horus:

"He rules the present period of 2,000 years, beggining in 1904. Everywhere his government is taking root. Observe for yourselves the decay of the sense of sin, the growth of innocence and irresponsibility, the strange modifications of the reproductive instinct with a tendency to become bi-sexual or epicene, the childlike confidence in progress combined with the nightmare fear of catastrophe, against which we are yet half unwilling to take precautions.
Consider the outcrop of dictatorships, only possible when moral growth is in its earliest stages. and the prevelance of infantile cults like Communism, Fascism, Pacifism, Health Crazes, Occultism in nearly all its forms, religions sentimentalized to the point of practical extinction.
Consider the popularity of the cinema, the wireless, the football pools and guessing competitions, all devices for soothing fractious infants, no seed of purpose in them.
Consider sport, the babyish enthusiasms and rages which it excites, whole nations disturbed by disputes between boys.
Consider war, the atrocities which occur daily and leave us unmoved and hardly worried.
We are children.
How this new Aeon of Horus will develop, how the child will grow up, these are for us to determine, growing up ourselves in the way of the way of the Law of Thelema under the enlightened guidance of the Master Therion."

In this passage in the Book of the Law, we are described as a childlike race of beings who desperately needs guidance as to avoid the destruction that fascism and socialism will ultimatley bring to us. In the song, the person who's perspective the lyrics are coming from seems to desire guidance in the lines

"Hold your light,
Eleven.
Lead me through each gentle step by step
by inch by loaded memory."

The "light" refered to could represent a reference point within a pool of darkness and chaos that mankind currently resides in.

As a whole I feel that this song represents the story of mankind becoming seperated from divinity (Where the hell have I been? Sleeping, lost, and numb) and going through existance trying to find that divine connection before realizing that it was right in front of us the whole time (It took so long to realize that, You hold the light that's been leading me back home). Then mankind is led back onto the path to enlightenment until we converge with divinity in the very last part of the song:

"I'll move to heal
As soon as pain allows so we can
Reunite and both move on together.

Hold your light,
Eleven. Lead me through each gentle step by step
By inch by loaded memory
'till one and one are one, eleven,
So glow, child, glow."

(BTW, I think 1 and 1 are the two numbers that start off the fibonaci sequence. Not sure though, and some enlightenment in this area could help.)

Also, I'm hardly a Crowley expert, so some of my views here could be misrepresenative, and should be further examined by someone more experienced than myself.

I think you are close! Eleven is an infernal number and the number associated with inversion. Very symbloc to be sure. As I am sure you may know 11 was Crowley's favorite #.
