I am a big fan of Prison sex(the song) ha, but i would have to go with 4 degrees but then there is flood, i am not able to choose one song. very hard decision.

I have to listen to Bottom, whenever I put Tool on. Prison Sex has just recently come back into view for me as an amazing piece or work that I really enjoy listening to. I have to say the best is Flood. Nothing gets me going like Flood.

Prison Sex... hands down. The desperation and passion are so intense at times. When Maynard sings "Won't you Come on" and the symbols crash and "Come Closer" ...Crash... "Close Enough for" ...Crash... "I can Smell you" ...Crash, Crash... Something happens to me internally. I grit my teeth. My heart leaps into my throat. I want to cry... and, while I am female...I don't cry. Ever. And then you get to the waver effect on the vocals when Maynard sings "For one sweet moment I'm home" Dear god. My stomach drops to my feet. No other song does this. None. Yeah...it's my favorite song.

No I agree that Intolerance is an awesome song and a while ago it was by far my favorite, but now it's between that and 4 Degrees. If I had to choose it would be...
hmmm... 4 Degrees just because I've listened to Intolerance so much.

Agree...Swamp Song is pure, unadulterated rage for me.

Never cared for Bottom...just because Hank's "naked and fearless" line always makes me cringe and my wife snicker.

Seeing it live just solidified it.

Undertow. Keeps building, but it builds down to the breakdown, "Im back doooowwwnn, caught in the undertow" that gets the ol yarbles like tingly.

Saw flood live and goodness man that was awesome. The beginning just kept going and going and just when everyone expected them to start the song they hit us with another round of intro, with the water all over the screens and the stage and red and white UFO lights revolving, WOW! Never seen undertow live, so i cannot compare the two as far as that goes, but on the album Undertow is king for me.

Seems to be a common favorite. I've been listening to it a bit more of late. It's fucking awesome but somehow it's just not as memorable -- but, like, in the way that Monster Magnet's 32-minute stoned-out "Tab" is not memorable, in that you can't fucking remember any of it.

I don't know which is my favorite but Intolerance is, in my opinion the catchiest tune. Prison Sex was for awhile but I just love the angry side of Intolerance. I can't say which song is the best, each are great in their own way.

wow more people on here dig Undertow and Flood than I would have imagined! Even a few people said Swamp Song which made my heart jump alittle because that is IMO one of the catchiest tunes off this album and I feel like it is just under appreciated in general. The bass line in Flood is really atmospheric though, like I can literally feel the riffs hitting me as if a flood really was coming my way. I saw live youtube vids of it too and my balls literally would have dropped off if I was there because that song is just so intense! Doesn't surprise me in the least that it's the last "song song" on the album because its definitely the most intense

Undertow I am in love with currently. The vocals, the time slowdown, it blows me away.

Close second is 4 degrees.
