Maynard shaving his head???

Maybe the electric noise in the song is actually Maynard shaving his head played in a short loop, and cut off creating a zapping noise over and over. Anyone else agree?

that is a good thought. especially when you listen with headphones you swear the sound goes right around the top of your head. its insane. but i think its a jacobs ladder. i know that danny owns one so i think it would make sense.

Yes, I have always thought it sounds like a jacobs latter, its what i picture in my head when I hear it at least. A jacobs ladder are those things you see in frankenstien movies, where a spark of electricity will travel to the top of two posts.

Thank you, I've been trying to recall that name for a long time. The sound is EXACTLY like a jacob's ladder. When I first heard (-) ions I was wearing headphones, and I could feel a spark running up my neck, through my ear, out the other, and up my head. Maybe I'm just crazy...I'm getting bored again...

yea this song does give you a feeling of noise being on your head. When i first heard it i thought it was a thuderstorm or something to do with electricity .....

The reason you guys get this sensation is because the sound culminates from the left side of your speakers to the right.

With headphones on you'll hear the sound start in your left ear, and then finish off in the right. Making it feel like it's going through your head.
