Ok...I'm sorry if this has been discussed before but, I'm listening to a 2002 live version of Triad...and Wings/10,000 days is playing in the backround at the end of the song while Maynard is saying goodnight...has anyone else noticed anything like this?

Parts of Wings for Marie was used as an intro to Lateralus during the tours. You can find videos on YouTbue of it.

Perhaps they didn't actually have Wings written at that time but liked this tune and thought it would be the perfect fit for Wings

They do it all the time, more often than you'd think. I have a show where Adam jams out the riff from the breakdown of Rosetta Stoned during Opiate. PM me if you want the clip, it's really short. I'd post it but the thread I made about it got closed, fucking no bootleg rule, the clip was only 20 seconds!
