This is my summary of what I think the song Hooker with a penis means.
What does a hooker do? Sell their body for money. Maynard says in the song... " I sold my soul to make a record. " This is related to a hooker being that they sell their body for money, and Maynard sells his soul for money. The only other difference is Maynard has a penis, hence hooker with a penis.
I think the whole repeating of the man thing is pretty obvious. Maynard has his own record label I believe, ( if im wrong please correct me ) therefore, he is " the man. " This proves that calling Maynard a sell out is stupid. One aspect of selling out is doing something to get more money out of your label. If Maynard has his own label, how could he be selling out in that aspect?
