46 &2 = Tweezer by Phish?

I was just going through my Itunes library and listened to "Tweezer" by Phish. Now I almost never listen to Phish but I noticed that the first min. or so has almost the same exact tune of 46 & 2.

I don't know alot of technical stuff about music but I found this really interesting.
