The baby crying at the start is the what the baby is trying to say. The rest of the song is a rough translation of the crying thats why parts of the song are completely inaudible and other bit are completely random. Thats how a baby communicates in real life eg if a baby is crying it means it might be hungry or want a toy or someone to talk to. you dont know what it says but can only guess like the song
