Ok, it's a rather abstract thought but the sound that Danny recorded of his dying equipment almost sounds like 'The Rending of Reality' right before it blinks out.
Which is amusing because the dialogue is of a man who's reality sounds like it's unraveling, and then of course we lose the connection. >snip< >beeeeeeeeeeppppppppppppppp<
