any relevenance to this thought... when he paints himself with the brush, he is trying to kill himself and end the cycle, but the figure in black stops him and puts him back together...
we can also assume that the figure in black is inside a box in someone else's room
i always thought that the figure in black was always varnishing the little dude, not trying to paint him. I always looked at it as the figure in black was always trying to fix what he had broken to try to hide his wrongful acts. Shine him up so he can break him again.
there's also a strange similarity with the 2 figures in this video about child abuse and the 2 main figures of the parabola video which seem to be about the other form of child abuse, neglecct. not to mention the similarities of this song and stinkfist.
