when mjk sings "overwhelmed" theres a repetitive clapping that starts...reminds me of the same thing in the grudge during the "let go" sequence. this just kind of helps along the theory of the connective tissue and teases to some of their past works...just a thought

Yep, I love that, that's a very awesome thing to do over a 5/4 signature (at least that's in The Grudge, don't really know about Rosetta). It possibly has some reference (like I think has that Lateralus-part in the beginning), but it also could be just some very cool rythm.

Yeah that clapping could be a subtle indicator that Lateralus and 10,000 Days are connected. I think they are, but i dont really no yet on how deep a level. I do no that the theme for Lateralus is birth (or re-birth) and the theme for 10,000 Days is death, but whether it goes farther than that...
