I recently decided to try to play Reflection, notice the word try, lol but I was listening to the song, I've had the cd since its release, 6yrs, and I just now found, something new, it sounds like a woodblock maybe ..bababa-ba-ba, It took me forever to add it to the other drums. anything else like anyone wants to share that I may not know about.?

I noticed it just now that you mentioned it; that's gonna be a bitch to try and add in.
It could be a woodblock, but I'm just gonna hit the rim of a tom or something, cause I'm lazy [that's what I did for the woodblock part I actually noticed, in between the phrases -- ba da da da da da ba ba da da da da da *click da click* -- if that made any sense at all]

oh, and to answer ajp's question, i assume 10,000's talking about the woodblock that's kinda superimposed over the intro drum pattern (the one that repeats for a very very long time).

Thats either the rim of a high tom, or one of Danny's electronic samples. Woodblock has more resonace than that. It almost sounds like the rim of a drum with a skin head (ie. congas)
